2008/9 Season - Chairmans message
Thu, 11/09/2008 - 14:51 — johnwoodsThe new season is now under way and our numbers grow each week. It has been great to see everyone again and I am sure we are looking at another successful season.
There are a number of new courses planned, see the coaching page for details.
Several coaches have already taken part in tag and level 1 courses over the summer, and are keeping their fitness levels up with tag rugby on Thursday evenings, 7.30 for 8 if you want to join in.
Our new barbecue supremo, Steve is now at the helm and being supported by the redoubtable Chloe so all is well there .

Blues Evening
Wed, 01/10/2008 - 21:33 — johnwoodsLast Friday saw the WM&Y RFC social season kick off in grand style.
A absolutely fantastic blues band, The Bourbon Street Revival all but brought the house down in front of a privileged few at the club. Quite why we were not packed out was beyond anyone's ability to comprehend but those that made it there were richly rewarded for making the effort and rocked the night away.
A spot prize goes to Kelly & Desiree who not only led the dancing but didn't stop dancing all night.
